摘要
讨论了建设工程在多项目环境下,各个项目之间可能会遇到的资源冲突问题,引入约束理论(TOC)和关键链项目管理(CCPM)方法,通过分析多项目之间的约束资源和设置缓冲区,达到合理配置关键资源及降低进度风险的目的。
It discusses probably appearing natural resources conflict problem of constructing project among various items under multi-item environment', draws into TOC and Crux Chain Project Managing method, according to analyze controlling natural resources and installing buffer among multi-item, reaches the purpose of rationally managing crux natural resources and reducing schedule risk.
