摘要
为了满足高速加工的要求,提高加工效率和精度,提出小线段链接与S曲线加减速规划相结合的算法。该算法通过分析转角速度和线段长短对线段进行链接处理,根据线段链的特征施加相应的S曲线加减速规划。该算法已在基于RTLINUX平台的数控系统上得到应用,在高速加工时获得了高的精度和柔性。
To satisfy the need of high speed machining, and enhance the machining efficiency and accuracy, a method with segments linking and S-shape curve feedrate control was put forward. The proposed algorithm uses the comer velocity and the length of segments to link the segments together. According to the characteristics of the linked segments, the relevant S-shape curve feedrate control was imposed. The algorithm was adopted by CNC system based on RTLINUX, and the high accuracy and flexibility was achieved.
