摘要
在阐述生态环境的特点和要素组成的基础上,明确表达了生态环境的涵义,并指出了生态环境建设的实质、两种形式及其内容。表明以人类为主体对象的生态环境是一个综合性的概念。生态环境建设在于培育自然资源以及提高和维护生态系统的服务功能。地表面形态的重新塑造是生态环境建设的主要形式,但规范人们的行为可为其打下良好的社会学基础。
The eco-environment construction is a major problem concerning realizing the sustainable development of society and economy. In order to actively adopt countermeasures, effectively carry out steps, and make it favourably get on, on the basis of expounding the characteristics and constituents of the eco-environment, this paper definitely expresses the implication of the eco-environment, and points out the essence, two forms and the contents of the eco-environment construction. It is shown that the eco-environment taking mankind as a principal part is a comprehensive conception. The eco-environmental construction consists in cultivating natural resources, improving and maintaining eco-system＇s service function. Re-moulding the pattern of land surface is prevalent in the eco-environmental construction, while standardizing human beings behaviors might lay a sound sociological foundation for it.
