摘要
针对我省500 kV变电站发生的两次35 kV电容器组的带内熔丝电容器爆炸事故所暴露的电容器组保护失效问题,对全省运行中的500 kV变电站35 kV并联电容器组保护定值进行仿真计算研究,分析不同数量内熔丝熔断时的保护信号值和电容器单元及其元件上承受的过电压值,提出相关保护定值的研究意见。
According to the capacitor bank protection faults leading to the two explosive accidents of capacitors with internal fuse of 35 kV shunt capacitor bank in 500 kV substations, the computer simulation models of 35 kV shunt capacitor banks in 500 kV substation in Zhejiang Province were conducted. The protection signal values caused by different numbers of internal fuses disconnected and the over-voltage undertaken by the other normal capacitor elements and capacitor units were analyzed through simulation computation, And Related protection values of the relevant capacitor banks were raised.
