摘要 采用防偏磁电流传感器对500 kV变电站单台35 kV高压电容器进行独立测量,可提高电容器故障检出率。将在线监测装置的数据采集单元设计在电容器组的高压构架上并采用光电传输技术,可解决数据传输和高压绝缘的技术难题。该监测系统实时监测传感器采集的电压和电流信号,同时对各通道信号进行横向及纵向的比较,可快速检出缺陷电容器并报警。当电容器运行状态变化时,系统自动记录分合闸过程中的暂态波形,为电容器故障提供数据分析功能。实际应用显示:这种500 kV变电站35 kV高压电容器组在线监测装置能在电容器组发生故障前发现其内部缺陷并报警,可作为电容器状态检修的重要手段。 The application of ant-biasing current sensor for independent capacitor measurement can greatly improve fault detection capability.The data acquisition unit is installed on high voltage side and the optical transmission technology is adopted,which can solve the problems of data transmission and high voltage insulation.The voltage and current signals collected by sensors are monitored and compared in real time.Defective capacitors can be detected and alarms can be issued quickly.The transient waveform is recorded automatically with the change of capacitor operation status,which can be used as analysis data if failure occurs.Practical applications show that the described online monitoring device for 35-kV high voltage capacitor groups of 500-kV substation can detect internal defects and issue alarms before capacitor group malfunction,which is very useful for capacitor group maintenance.
