摘要
在知识经济时代,知识成为企业的核心资源,传统的企业组织结构受到严重挑战,知识经济要求现代企业组织能为知识的经济价值的实现提供保证。从组织权力结构和知识共享两个方面来实现知识资源的经济价值,是企业组织对知识经济的适应。在组织内部重新分配权力结构,突破组织成员之间的沟通障碍,扩大组织内部成员知识共享的范围,建立企业内部网络组织是适应知识经济的有效选择。
At the age of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the core resources of enterprise, the traditional organizational structure of the enterprises is seriously challenged, and the knowledge economy requires the organizations to provide a guarantee for realizing the economic value of knowledge. Realizing the economic value of knowledge resources from both the perspeetives of organizational structure of power and the sharing of knowledge is a adaptation of enterprise organization to the knowledge economy. Redistributing the power within the organization, breaking the communication obstacles among the members, enlarging the scope of sharing knowledge of members of the organization and setting up the internal network organization are an effective choice under knowledge economy.
