摘要
装载机的工作装置是组成装载机的关键部件之一,其设计水平的高低直接影响工作装置性能的好坏,从而影响整机的工作效率与经济性指标。基于Matlab软件,运用蚁群算法对ZL50型装载机工作装置的连杆机构进行优化计算,并对计算结果进行分析。研究结果表明,运用蚁群算法对装载机工作装置的连杆机构进行优化能够提高传力比,进而提高装载机工作的经济效益。
Working mechanism of loader is one of the important components of loader. The design level of it can directly affect the performance of the working mechanism. Furthermore it affects the working efficiency and economic index of loader. Basing on Matlab and using Ant Colony algorithm, this paper makes optimum calculation to six-bar linkage of working mechanism of ZL50 loader, and then analyzes the optimum solution. The study demonstrates that it can improve the delivering ratio of the working mechanism of loader by using ACA.
