摘要
文章采用高强低缩涤纶工业长丝织物作为建筑用复合膜材的基材,首先试织不同组织结构的织物,然后在基材织物上进行PVC涂层,研究不同织物组织及涂层工艺对复合膜材各项性能的影响。测试指标主要包括复合材料的拉伸、撕裂、剥离强度;并采用回归分析方法,在测试性能与织物组织之间建立数学方程。
The high-strength-low-shrinkage industry polyester filament was used as substrate fabric of constructing composite membrane material. Various texture fabrics were weaved firstly, then coated by PVC to make composite membrane. The effects of texture and coating technics on the properties of composite membrane were studied from the aspects of the main indexes include tensile strength, tearing severity and peeling strength. Finally, regression analysis method was used to establish mathematical equation between properties of composite membrane and fabric texture.
