摘要
目的应用异丙酚行无痛胃镜术，可使患者在胃镜检查治疗中，安全、舒适、无痛苦。方法术前准备除按常规胃镜检查作好术前准备外，还应配备监护仪、氧气、急救药品及气管插管抢救设备，检查前10-15 min，应用2%的利多卡因行咽喉部充分喷雾麻醉2-3次，缓慢静脉注射咪唑安定，总量1.5-2.0 mg，再以40 mg/10 s的注射速度静脉推注异丙酚，待病人进入睡眠状态，立即插镜检查。术中、术后应严密观察血氧饱和度。结果1 200例患者均顺利完成检查，未发生严重的副反应。无痛胃镜术后一般5-8 min内清醒，100%的患者非常满意。结论无痛胃镜术，确实为一种安全、有效、舒适的新技术。
Objective To discuss the application of propofol during gastroscope detection. Methods The midazolan was injected 1.5 - 2.0 nag then propofol of 40 mg/10 s was injected before gastrosocpe detection. The Bp and SaO2 were monitored under emergency instrument standby. Results 1200 case detections were succeeded and satisfied without complication. The patient recovered 5 - 8 min detection. Conclusion This technique might be safe, effective and acceptable.
