摘要
研究了阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对给水厂排泥水沉降性能和浓缩污泥脱水性能的影响,探讨了污泥颗粒粒径的变化及其与污泥比阻的关系。结果表明,PAM投加率为0.32%时可明显改善排泥水的沉降性能,降低上清液浊度。对排泥水和底层污泥都进行调质时,PAM投加率为0.32%既能有效地降低污泥比阻又能减少PAM投加量。PAM调质可使污泥颗粒平均粒径变大,粒径分布也发生变化。污泥比阻与污泥平均颗粒粒径成反比关系。
The effects of anionic polyacrylamide on settling performance of sludge water and dewaterabilities of thickened sludge in water treatment plant were studied. The change of the sludge particle size and the relationship between the sludge particle size and specific resistance of sludge were also discussed. Experimental results indicate that by adding 0.32% of PAM the settling performance of sludge water is obviously improved, and the supernatant turbidity is also decreased. The specific resistance of sludge and the PAM dosage are decreased effectively by adding 0.32% of PAM on sludge water conditioning and on sludge conditioning respectively. The average particle's diameter of sludge is increased and the particle size distributions of sludge are changed by conditioning. The specific resistance of sludge is in inverse proportion to the average particles diameter of sludge.
