摘要
目的探讨应用掌背动脉逆行筋膜皮瓣修复手掌横纹区组织缺损的临床疗效。方法应用掌背动脉逆行筋膜皮瓣修复手掌掌横纹区组织缺损23例,皮瓣面积为4cm×2cm～7cm×4cm。结果23例皮瓣全部成活,外观满意,功能恢复好。结论掌背动脉逆行筋膜皮瓣血运好,操作简便,修复掌横纹区软组织缺损功能恢复好,外观满意,临床效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the treatment result for repair of skin defect in the site of palm transverse striation with dorsal metacarpal artery reverse fascial flap.Methods All 23 cases skin defect m the site of palm transvers striantion were repaired with dorsal metacarpal artery reverse fascial flap.The size of flaps ranged from 4cm×2cm×7cm×4cm.Results All of the cases completely survived. The appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion With abumdant bolld supply, easy procedure fine clinical effect, it is an ideal method to repair the skin defect in the site of palm transverse striation by use dorsal metacarpal artery reverse fascial flap.
