摘要
LabVIEW采用图形化编程语言进行模块化设计,它所构建的虚拟检测系统具有程序易于拓展、功能易于升级的优点。针对已有的声发射检测仪不能专门针对滑动轴承故障的声发射信号特征参数做出检测的缺点,以LabVIEW为软件平台,开发了滑动轴承故障声发射检测系统,并验证了该系统的有效性。
LabVIEW uses the graphical modular programming language to design the modularized program. The virtual test system constructed by LabVIEW has the strong point of the facility to extend the program and to upgrade the function. Aiming at the defect that the existing AE test instrument cannot specially detect the AE signal parameters for the failure of the sliding bearings, taking LabVIEW as the software platform, the AE test system for the failure of the sliding bearings was developed and the efficiency of the system is proved.
