摘要
近年来,我国旅行社的问题日益凸现,许多学者从不同的角度对这一问题作了许多研究。正确地认识目前我国旅行社行业竞争的市场结构,是厘清我国旅行社行业目前存在的许多问题的关键和基础。本文从市场理论的视角,对我国旅行社行业目前的市场集中度、产品差别化和进入退出壁垒和信息的对称度四个方面进行了分析。目前,我国旅行社的市场是一种准垄断竞争的结构,要走出削价竞争的困境,需要从市场和制度两方面入手,来解决存在的问题。
In recent years,the problems of China's travel service highlighted increasingly, and many scholars has made many studies of this issue from different perspectives. Correct understanding of the the competitive market structure of China's travel service industry and our travel agent industry is to clarify the existing problems and the key basis. From the perspective of the market,China's travel service industry focus on the current market concentration rate, product differentiation and barriers to access to and information from the symmetry of the four areas are analyzed. At present, China's travel service market is a quasi-monopoly competition structure. To get out of the predicament of the pvice competition,we should start solving the probrems from the market and the two-pronged system.
