摘要
近年来 ,低价、同质化竞争导致了我国各旅行社难以独善其身 ,旅行社全行业业绩下滑。如何使旅行社走出这种竞争陷阱 ,是值得探讨的问题。本文运用产业组织理论 ,通过对旅行社市场结构特征的考察 ,提出了调整竞争策略这一思路。而根据理论分析 ,在垄断竞争的市场中 ,产品的横向和纵向差异化策略会提高企业的利润与价格 ,缓和价格竞争。所以 ,差异化策略应该是旅行社避免低价竞争 ,建立竞争优势的有效手段。就此 。
In recent years, low-price and homogeneous competition has become a key reason for descending in performance of travel agencies industry. Therefore, how to get out of the present situation is worthy of discussion. With the theory of industrial organization ,this article firstly shows that adjusting competition strategy is a new way to solve the problem after investigating the characteristics of market structure of travel agencies industry. Secondly, according to theory analysis , the finding of article is that vertical and horizontal differentiation strategy of product will increase the price and profit of enterprise, and ease up the price competition. So the differentiation strategy should be an important method which can keep travel agencies out of price war and gain competitive advantage . Finally, the article provides a series of advise on differentiation strategy.
