摘要
目的通过免疫组化方法对乳腺增生病、乳腺不典型增生及乳腺癌进行多指标联合检测,并结合显微镜下组织学形态特点进行观察,以利于乳腺癌早期发现及早期诊断。方法采用免疫组化方法检测ck/34BE12、actin、P63、S-100、C-erbB-2、PCNA、CyclinD1在159例乳腺疾病组织中的表达。结果ck/34BE12、P63、actin在乳腺良性病变中高表达,在恶性病变中低表达呈阴性,S-100差异不显著(P>0.05),C-erbB-2、PCNA、CyclinD1在乳腺增生病中呈阴性表达,随着上皮增生和异型程度加重,其阳性表达逐渐递增,其中C-erbB-2在原位癌达高峰,而侵润性癌则出现下降,结论对乳腺疾病特别是乳腺不典型增生及乳头状瘤病进行ck/34BE12、actin、P63、S-100、C-erbB-2、PCNA、CyclinD等多项指标检测有利于早期发现乳腺癌,并将为乳腺癌的病理学早期诊断提供新的重要依据。
Objective Immunohistochemical reaction were evaluated in benign epithelial proliferations, atypical hyperplasia of breast and breast cancer as well as observation with microscope In order that it will be help us identifying benign epithelial proliferations and carcinomas of the breast . Methods 159 cases of breast diseas tissues were detected the expression of ck/34BE12, actin, p63 S-100, CyclinD1, PCNA, C-erbB-2 by immunohistochemical Results The positive rates of ck/34BE12,p63 actin in the MECS were expressed highly in benign epithelial, except the group of malignant breast carcinoma. The positive rates of S-100 were low in each group The positive rates of C-erbB-2, PCNA, CyclinD1 were improved gradually with light atypical hy- perplasia of breast -heavy atypical hyperplasia of breast-breast cancer. Conclusion ck/34BE12, actin, P63, CyclinD1 ,PCNA, C-erbB-2 multiple parameter detection as well as observation with HE stain are usofu for indentification of benigr and malignant epithelial lesions of the breast.
