摘要
应用6种凝集素对42例乳腺非典型增生及10例乳腺癌、10例正常乳腺进行了亲合组化研究。结果表明,菜豆素在乳腺非典型增生、乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织的阳性率分别为97.6%、90.0%和40.0%。菜豆素与花生素在组织定位上有明显的规律性。正常乳腺均为腔膜型,非典型增生和癌主要为胞浆型。作者认为菜豆素、花生素受体在乳腺非典型增生胞浆内的表达可能为细胞恶变的一个指标。说明乳腺非典型增生在其细胞恶变的过程中,细胞膜上糖蛋白或糖脂发生了渐进性变化,同时与癌的发生有密切关系。
The 6 lectins in 42 cases of atypical hyperplasia of breast and 10 cases of breast carcinoma and 10 cases of normal breast were studied by lectin affinity histochemical method. The results showed that the positive rates of PHA in the tissues of atypical hyperplasia of breast, breast carcinoma and nomal breast were 97.6%,90.0% and 40.0% respectively. The regular localization of PHA and PNA in the tissues was showed obviously. Both PHA and PNA in the nomal tissues were all lined along the lumen of the glands while in the tissues of atypical hyperplasia and carcinoma, which were mainly located in the cytoplasm. The authors think that the expression of PHA—receptor and PNA—receptor in the cytoplasm of atypical hyperplasia of breast could be used as a criterion of the malignant changes. The glycoproteins or the glycolipids in the cytomembranes of atypical hyperplasia of breast were changed gradually during the malignant changes, which were closely related to the occurrence of cancer.
