摘要
目的测定腰息痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量,为该制剂制定质量标准提供依据。方法采用HPLC法测定。结果欧前胡素在0.0492～0.2952μg之间呈线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.057%,RSD=1.36%(n=6)。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可用于腰息痛胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of imperatorin in Yaoxitong capsule and to provide evidence for its quality criteria. Methods A HPLC method was established. Results The linear range of berberine hydroehloride was 0. 0492 -0. 2952 p,g （ r =0. 9999 ）. The average recovery rate was 97. 057% , RSD = 1.36% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple,acurate,repeatible,and can be used for the quality con- trol of Yaoxitong capsule.
