分析环保专项资金使用过程中存在的情况、原因,提出可操作性强的建议,以规范资金管理,提高资金使用效益,促进环保政策贯彻落实。
Problems in the use of environmental protect special funds were discussed and some operational countermeasures were put forward in order to standardize funds management, improve efficiency in the use of fiscal funds and promote environmental protection policies implement.
