摘要
以啤酒糟为主要原料,经多菌种固态发酵,成功地研制出复合酶活性蛋白饲料,并对固态发酵培养基和工艺条件进行了优选。饲料中粗蛋白含量为54.8%,提高率达50%以上,粗纤维素为1.89%,降解率在80%以上,并含有淀粉酶、糖化酶、蛋白酶、纤维素酶等多种活性消化酶。本研究为变废为宝开拓新的饲料蛋白资源和糟渣的综合利用,开辟了新途径。具有显著的社会和经济效益及广阔的发展前景。
Using brewer's residue as main raw material ,the complex enzymes active protien feed has been prepared by mixed solid state fermentation. through experiments the optimum culture medium formular of solid fermentation and the best technological conditions of processing were established. the experimental results showed that the protien content of this feed was 54.8%, increse rate was more than 50%,the cellulase content was 1.89%,degaredation rate was more than 80%, also this feed contained many kinds of active digestive enzymes such as sacchargenicamylase, liquefying amylase. cellulose, et al.
