摘要
在明确高校知识产权管理内容的基础上,从知识创造者和成果管理者两个方面分析了目前高校知识产权管理中存在的问题,并提出了加强高校知识产权管理的策略。
Based on the content of university＇s intellectual property right management, the paper has analyzed the problems existing in the university intellectual property rights management from two aspects of the knowledge inventor and the achievement manager, and proposed the strategies of strengthening the university intellectual property rights management.
