细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展

摘要 脊髓损伤是一种严重的神经系统创伤,国内外报道发病率有增加的趋势,损伤后临床治疗仍是神经科学领域中一个极具挑战性的课题。目前应用许旺细胞、嗅鞘细胞、神经干细胞等细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤是极有前景的治疗策略。本文就细胞移植修复脊髓损伤的研究进展予以综述。 Spinal cord injury is a serious damage of nervous system. By domestic and international report the incidence of the spinal cord injury has been on the rise. Clinical cure the spinal cord injury is still a subject of challenge in nervous. Present,sehwann cell,olfactory ensheathing cell and neural stem cell et al cell transplantation therapy has become the most promising treatment strategy in this field. This article reviews the progress in the study of cell transplantation therapy in spinal cord injury.
