摘要
简要介绍了丙烯的产需状况和新的丙烯生产技术的开发情况,综述了用于甲醇转化制丙烯的 ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的研究进展,重点介绍了 ZSM-5分了筛的晶粒尺寸、硅铝比和改性方法(磷改性、水热处理和碱土金属改性等)对其催化性能的影响。ZSM-5分了筛晶粒尺寸减小,有利于丙烯的扩散从而使丙烯的收率提高;合适的硅铝比以及适当的化学改性可有效调节 ZSM-5分子筛的表面酸性和孔径大小,提高丙烯的选择性和催化剂的稳定性。
Progress in use of ZSM-5 zeolite (MTP) was reviewed. Effects of crystalline size, namely phosphorus modification, alkaline earth catalyst for conversion of methanol to propylene ratio of silica to aluminum and modification methods metal modification and hydrothermal treatment on catalytic performance of ZSM-5 zeolites in MTP process were particularly summarized. Decreasing the crystalline size of ZSM-5 zeolites accelerates the diffusion of propylene and results in the increase of propylene yield. Proper ratio of silica to alumina and suitable modifications can effectively adjust surface acidity and pore size of ZSM-5 zeolites, therefore increase propylene yield and catalyst stability.
