摘要
以间二甲苯为原料,经酰化、酯化、环化和缩合4步制得化合物(E)-2-(2-((3-(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,4-二甲基-1H-吡唑-5-基氧基)甲基)苯基)-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯(SYP-4903),其结构经红外、核磁及元素分析确认。生物活性测定结果表明:该化合物在600mg/L下对黏虫、小菜蛾、朱砂叶螨、淡色库蚊具有很好的杀虫杀螨活性,在20mg/L时,对朱砂叶螨的死亡率达到了100%;防治柑橘红蜘蛛田间药效试验,结果表明其活性与对照药剂哒螨酮基本一致。
A novel compound, (E)-methyl 2-(2-((37(2,4-dimethylphenyl)-l,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yloxy)methyl) phenyl)-3-methoxyacrylate(SYP-4903) was designed and synthesized from m-xylene as starting material via acylation, esterification, cyclization and condensation. Which structure was confirmed by NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Preliminary biological evaluation showed that the compound has significant insecticidal and acaricidal activity against armyworm, diamond backrnoth, carmine spider mite and culex mosquitoes at 600 mg/L, and also has excellent acaricidal activity with 100% control of carmine spider mite at 20 mg/L. The test results of field trial for controlling the citrus red mite showed that the compound has the same acaricidal activity as that of pyidaben.
