摘要
发展林业生产既要注重经济效益,也要兼顾生态、社会效益。大兴安岭是东北乃至华北地区的天然屏障,生态地位非常重要,每年生态效益达160亿元,同时大兴安岭林区是我国惟一面积最大、保存最完好的原始寒温带天然针叶林地区,是我国重要的木材生产基地。因此,在发展生产的同时,更要注重保护生态环境,要按照当地现有资源、环境和生产水平,以生态经济学理论为指导,坚持走林业生态经济发展之路。
The development of forestry production should not only focus on economic ett3ciency, but also take into account the ecological and social benefits. Da Xing＇an Lin is a natural defense in the northeast or mid - east of China with very important ecological status, amounting to annual ecological benefits of 16 billion yuan. It is also one of the largest and best- preserved primitive natural boreal coniferous forest areas in China, and the major timber production base as well. The development of the local production should pay greater attention to protecting the ecological environment based the local resources available, the environment and the level of production, under the guidance of the ecological economic theory, adhering to the way of forestry eco - economic development.
