摘要
湖南林业跨越式发展 ,是指以可持续发展理论为指导 ,以重点工程建设为主要途径 ,以体制创新和科技创新为动力 ,实现超常规发展。本文分析了湖南林业现状 ,提出了实现湖南林业跨越式发展的对策 ,认为 :湖南用材林、油茶、楠竹、森林旅游、干鲜水果、茶卉、木本药材、森林食品都是可发展成为有湖南特色、能创品牌的优势产业资源 ,通过跨越式发展战略的实施 ,必将成为林业支柱产业 。
The forestry surmount development in Hunan province was based on the sustainable development theory as its guide.The important project developed in many ways,brought new ideas in the system of organization and science and technology as the motive power in order to realize the surpass convention development.The author analyzed the present situation of forestry and pointed out the countermeasures to realize the surmount development in Hunana forestry.The timber,Camerllia oleifera,Phyllostachys pubescens,forest tourism,dry and fresh fruit,flower,xylophyta medicine materials and forest food can be developed as an important part of forestry production in Hunan province.The surmount developing strategy effect;those would be the pillar industry of forestry and comprehensively promoting the development of Hunan forestry would benefit the forest products industry.
