摘要
对纤维较大尺寸(100左右)的微观结构进行研究时,小角X射线散射是个有效的方法,在定量分析中消模糊处理和Lorentz修正是必不可少的,在进行上述数据处理时可以得到纤维中晶粒位置波动情况和长周期的长度分布等有用的结构信息。
The Small angle intensity was measured using slit collimated diffractometer from Rigaku D/max Japan. Scattering curves were taken with industrial PET fibers axes perpendicular to the slit. Desmearing and the Lorentz correction must be proceed on experimental data, otherwise, it will not have any practical value. From SAXS data processing, it can be concluded that quite a few microstructure information of fibers can be deduced. It can be understood that the average longitudinal fluctuation of the positions of the crystallite blocks and the longitudinal order of neighboured crystallite blocks, as well as distribution condition of long spacing.
