摘要
在Vonk消模糊处理方法的基础上,确定更合理计算a_(ij)的方法,用传统的全主元高斯消去法解线性方程组,可迅速对小角X射线散射模糊化强度曲线进行消模糊处理。用此方法处理六种工业用PET纤维的小角X射线散射模糊化曲线,证明消模糊处理和Lorentz修正是定量分析必不可少的步骤。
A computer procedure for slit-height correction of x-ray small-angle scattering curves is described, which is based on direct calculation of the desmeared intensity values Ij from equations Ii=C_j a_(jj) I_j, where Ii ia the observed smeared intensity at point i and a_(ij) I_j represents the contribution from a point j along the trace of the primary beam. It is to be underlined that key of the problem is accurate and reasonable determination a_(ij).Scattering curves were taken with industrial PET fibres axes perpendicular to the slit. Desmearing and the Lorentz correction must be proceed on experimental data, otherwise, it will not have any practical value.
