动脉到动脉栓塞的直接证据:脑血流微栓子监测 被引量：12

摘要 脑动脉粥样硬化斑块的碎片或在其基础上形成的血栓一经脱落即会成为栓子，顺血流向接近脑组织的方向流动，最终堵塞直径较小的远端动脉，导致缺血性卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）。检测斑块的易损性及是否存在动脉到动脉的栓塞，对了解动脉粥样硬化性卒中的发病机制及制定适宜的治疗方案至关重要。若存在斑块易损性或找到动脉到动脉栓塞的证据，则提示患者具有卒中再发的高风险，在药物方面应给予更有效的抗血小板和强化他汀类调脂治疗。
