摘要
针对B2C电子商务系统中"信息过载"与"信息缺失"共存的问题,在综合分析电子商务个性化推荐技术和协同标注基础上,提出采用协同标注方法构建推荐系统为顾客提供个性化的商品信息,描述该系统的总体结构,并对系统中的概念生成器、查询分析器、商品标签地图等功能模块进行详细论述。
In view of the problems such as information overload, information lost in B2C electronic commerce system,and based on analyzing and researching personalized recommendation technology and collaborative tagging, the authors propose a collaborative tagging system to provide personalized product information to customers in B2C websites and describe the system' s architecture in detail.
