摘要
研究了珊瑚菜嫩茎愈伤组织的诱导、分化、生根及生根苗的移栽,成功诱导形成不定芽,使试管苗生根并移栽成活.结果证明:1/2MS+La(NO3)3.6H2O 1.0+BA 0.8+2.4-D 1.2是诱导珊瑚菜嫩茎形成具有分化能力愈伤组织的理想培养基;1/2MS+BA0.6+NAA0.1这一培养基是珊瑚菜愈伤组织与不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA0.6mg/L是珊瑚菜不定芽生根培养的理想培养基:移栽和扦插的理想基质为炉灰渣.
The induction and differentiation were studied on the callus of tender stem from Glehnia littoralis (A. Gray) Ft. Schmidt ex Miq. , then the root-taking, seedling- transplanting and cuttage were successfully carried in the experiment. Further , the adventitious bud was induced and successfully seedling-transplanting. The results showed that the optimum media which induced callus was 1/2MS+La(NO3)3·6H2O1.0+BA0.8+2.4-D1.2;1/2MS+BA0.6+NAA0.1 was the optimum for callus and adventitious bud differentiation; 1/3MS + IAA 0.6 mg/L was ideal for seedling rooting; the ideal matrix for transplant and cuttage was the ashes dregs.
