摘要
中国的政治体制改革,具有各种动力因素间相互交织和更替的规律性特点。以制度变迁为视角,纵观30年政治体制改革的轨迹,基本经历了从"经济体制改革"到"利益多元化"、从"单边行动"到"多元主体"、从权力基点下的"强制性变迁"到利益基点下的"诱致性变迁"的动力变化过程。民主化的价值取向构成了政治体制改革的路径依赖,成为贯穿政治体制改革的一条主线。
Political reform which is keeping up with China＇s reform regularly characterizes intertwining and replacing each other of various driving forces. In view of institutional change and though studying the track of 30 years＇ political reform, we can find the driving forces of political reform generally follow this process from ＂economic reform＂ to ＂diversified interests＂ and from ＂unilateral action＂ to ＂multi - subject＂ and from ＂enforcing institutional change＂ under the point of power to ＂inducing institutional change＂ under the point of interest. The value on democratization has made up a path dependence concerning political reform and become one of the main lines which run through the entire process of political system.
