摘要
本文介绍了一种综合测试仪的设计思想、实现方案。该方案以ARM为处理器,以FPGA为数字载体,借助高速AD和DA芯片,有效地完成高速数据采集和数据处理,同时有效地实现人机交互。实验表明该设计有效。
The paper presents the design and implementation ideas of a intelligent comprehensive electronic tester. The scheme is based on ARM and FPGA with high speed AD and DA , in which the high speed data acquisition and data process can be implemented effective and man-machine interaction can be achieved. The experiment showed the design was feasible.
