摘要
在基于FPGA的示波表设计中,为满足仪器对电压、电流、电阻等物理参数高精度、低功耗、可编程等测量的要求,选用了A/D转换器的ADS1211,并在以ARM为控制和数据处理芯片时,实验表明测量精度可达5位以上,大大提高了示波表的性价比。本文重点讨论了测量电路、ARM控制方案和FPGA设计。
For high precision, low power, programmable in measuring physical parameters such as current, voltage, resistor in osillorgaph based on FPGA, the ADS1211 is selected, the experiment showes measurement precision is higher than 5 bits when ARM is used for control and data processing, the osillorgaph is greatly improved in ratio of performance and price, the measurement circuit, ARM measurement control plan and FPGA design are discussed in the paper.
