摘要
目的观察分期教学方法在护生实习教学中的运用效果。方法选择2002~2004年度在本院实习的护生330名为对照组,采用传统的教学方法;选择2005~2007年度在本院实习的护生360名为实验组,采用分期教学方法,即前期加强岗前培训和营造实习氛围,中期挖掘护生潜力和注重临床思维能力的培养,后期把握情绪动向和防范护理差错事故。结果两组护生理论和技术操作考核合格率和护生护理缺陷总发生率比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论分期教学方法提高临床护理教学质量,减少护生护理缺陷的发生。
Objective To study the effect of staging teaching method on nursing practice. Methods A total of 330 nursing students who practiced nursing in this hospital from the year 2002 to 2004 were selected as the control group, and the traditional teaching method was employed. A total of 360 nursing students who practiced nursing in this hospital from 2005 to 2007 were selected as the experiment group, and staging teaching method was employed. In the early stage, pre-duty training was highlighted to create atmosphere for practice. In the middle stage, nursing students" potentials and abilities for clinical thinking were cultivated. In the last stage, students" emotional trends were observed to prevent mistakes or accident during nursing service. Results Significant differences were found between the two groups in students" theory and technique manipulation tests (P 〈 0.05). The incidence of nursing defects was also found to be significantly different between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Staging teaching method plays an important role in improving teaching quality and reducing nursing defects.
