摘要
为了适应护理教育改革的需要 ,更好地培养“实用型”护理人才 ,卫生部教育司中专处与世界卫生组织西太平洋区联合制定了有关我国中等护理教育改革计划。提出了对培养护理人才的新要求。其内涵包括知识、技能、态度三个领域。也就是说要把学生培养成具有必需的专业理论知识、较强的实践技能、良好的职业道德的“实用型”中级护理人才。围绕这一目标 ,在护士学生毕业实习中开展了目标化教学。
In order to meet the need of the Educational Reform and well foster the practical talents,the Secondary School Office of the Educational Department of the Ministry of Health has made an educational reform plan about Chinese secondary nursing with the West Pacific Ocean Area.It pases some new demands on fostering nurse talents which includes knowledge,technology and attitude.Thus we should foster our students to be a practical secondary nurse talents who have the necessary professional knowledge of theory,who have the necessary professional knowledge of theory,more practical ability and better occupational morals as well.So we have being centred on this aim and have carying out the objective teaching method in our nurse student’s graduated practice.
