摘要
介绍A-B效应，讨论电磁势A和ψ是怎样引入量子力学的，从而得到现代电磁理论中的基本物理量。
The first part reviews the basic physical quantity in classical electromagnetic theory. The second part introduces A-B effect. The last part discuss how to put electromagnetic potential into guantum mechanics. So we can see the basic physical quantity in modern electro-magnetic theory.
