摘要
针对小功率汽轮机的轴端密封泄漏现象,分析了轴端密封的常见结构形式和特点,提出了基于新型蜂窝密封结构的改进方案。采用蜂窝密封替代梳齿密封可以增大阻尼、抑制转子振动。蜂窝密封组合结构的密封性能好,适用于高压差的密封场合。通过调整注气管路,实现了高、低压侧注气压力单独可调,解决了排空不畅的问题。对中国石化广州分公司多台小功率汽轮机的轴端密封和注气系统进行改造,改造后的轴端泄漏明显改善,注气和排空管路通畅,说明该技术行之有效。
The common structures and charac- teristics of shaft end seal were analyzed in order to solve the problem of shaft end seal leakage of low power steam turbines,and a new type hon- eycomb seal was proposed for modification scheme.The application of honeycomb seal that was used instead of labyrinth seal could improve damping effect and restrain the rotor vibration. The honeycomb seal structure has good seal per- formance,applicable for the condition of high pressure difference.By adjusting the air injection pipelines,the air injection pressure of the high pressure side and low pressure side could be reg- ulated individually,consequently solved the issue of emptying.After modification of the shaft end seal and the air injection system of several low power steam turbines of Guangzhou Petrochemi- cal Branch Company,the leakage problem of shaft end seal was significantly improved,and emptying pipelines and air injection pipelines were fine.It can be concluded that this technolo- gy is available and worthy of popularization.
