摘要
防止共振和自激振动是转子动力学设计的基本要求,一般通过理论计算与实物试验相结合来解决,因此氢涡轮泵试验是氢涡轮泵研制工作的重要环节。振动特性是氢涡轮泵的重要参数,通过分析正常的和有故障的氢涡轮泵的试验数据,可以确定振动特性参数和发现可能存在的隐患,以便及早提出修改设计措施,保证研制工作的顺利进行。
Prevention from resonant vibration and selfexcited vibration is elemental requirement of rotordynamic design.It is solved by ways of theoretical calc ulation and full scale test,so LH_2turbopump test is an important part of developmental program.Vibration characteristic is one of important parameters of LH_2turbopump.The vibration characteristic parameter is determined by vibration data analysis of normal and failure LH_2turbopump tests,and also design defect is found,so that design can be modified as early as possible,and developmental program proceeds well.
