摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法及比较分析法,对山西省高校教师的体育锻炼行为进行调查分析,了解不同性别和年龄段高校教师的体育锻炼特点以及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
Based on literature view, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, the physical exercising behaviors of Shan-xi province university teachers were investigated and analyzed, the respective characteristics and existed problems to various sexes and ages were found out and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
