麦默通乳腺疾病诊治系统在乳腺微创外科中的应用进展 被引量:5

摘要 乳腺疾病是一类严重威胁女性健康的重要疾病。麦默通(Mammotome MMT)是一种通过微创外科手术的方法对乳房肿块性疾病进行诊疗一体化的最新治疗系统。选择经X线或B超诊断为乳腺实性肿块的女性患者,在高分辨率视野清晰的B超监测引导下行MMT微创旋切术,利用真空辅助吸出病灶组织至体外。整个穿刺过程要求在实时超声监测下施行,以提高精准性,避免盲探,难以准确吸取病变组织。对乳腺不可触及的隐匿性病灶应用MMT手术有利于早期乳腺癌的诊断。其唯一不足的是难以发现乳腺的微小钙化灶,对操作者的技术要求相对较高,术后血肿是最常见并发症。麦默通所能达到的以微小的创伤达到最佳的诊疗效果已成为21世纪乳腺外科追求的目标。
