摘要
目的研究经皮扩张气管切开术在ICU危重症患者的临床应用。方法将25例经皮扩张气管切开术患者为实验组,随机选择近年来ICU传统开放性气管切开术患者24例为对照组,比较两组的手术时间,切口大小,术中出血量及术后并发症。结果实验组手术时间为(8.4±2.3)min;切口长度为(1.5±0.4)cm,术中出血量为(8±2.5)ml,明显低于对照组。术后一周并发症的发生率也低于对照组。结论经皮扩张气管切开术的开展使手术时间明显减短,术中出血少,切口愈合瘢痕小,并发症少。适合ICU危重症患者的应用。
Aim To study the clinical application of percutaneous dilatational tracheotomy （PDT） to the patients in ICU. Methods 25 patients treated by PDT were experiment group,while the other 24 patients treated by open tracheostomy were control group. The operative time,length of incision,amount of bleeding and complication in the two groups were compared. Results In experiment group,the time of operation was （8.4 ±2.3）min,length of incision （1.5 ±0.4）cm,amount of bleeding （8 ±2.5）ml,and the all indicators were obviously lower than those of the control group. The complication after a week was lower, too. （P 〈 0. 05） Conclusion PDT can shorten the operative time, decrease amount of bleeding ,make scar shorter,and lower compleation. This operative treatment was very suitable for critical patients in ICU.
