摘要
目的探讨开颅术后经皮扩张气管切开术(PDT)并发症的发生原因及其防治措施。方法回顾分析187例开颅术后行PDT患者的临床资料。结果11例患者皮下局部有出血,6例患者有气管套管异位,2例有肉芽组织形成,3例有感染,5例皮下气肿。结论并发症的发生与术者对气管切开术的熟练程度及解剖层次的掌握、术后良好的护理有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the cause of the complications of percutaneous dilate tracheostomy （PDT） after craniotomy and the ways to manage them. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 187 patients who experienced PUT after craniotomy. Results Eleven patients suffered hypodermic partial hemorrhage, six had a ectopic tracheal cannula, two developed granulational tissue, three had infections and five had cutaneous emphysema. Conclusion Occurance of the complications of PDT is closely related to the operators＇ proficiency and prehension of anatomy. The nursing after operation is corelated to these complications too.
