摘要
文章指出我国学界对非政府组织合法性问题的研究较为引人注目。非政府组织合法性涉及法律合法性和认同合法性两个方面。国内学者主要从法学、社会学和政治学等学科视角对中国语境下非政府组织的合法性加以探讨。在中国语境下,非政府组织可从认同合法性与法律合法性的过渡与对接中获取充分合法性。
With the rapid development of NGO in China and even in the world, the topic on NGO in academic circles is also further studied. In recent years, the study on the legitimacy of NGO in domestic academic circles is very noticeable. The legitimacy of NGO is related to both legality and legitimacy. Scholars in domestic academic circles mainly engage in the study on the legitimacy of NGO in China context based on angles of Law, Sociology and Politics. In China context, NGO can gain adequate legitimacy from the transition from legitimacy to legality.
