摘要
WEB2.0时代的网络应用助推了网络公益的参与主体、参与领域、行为数量、行为种类等膨胀式扩展。网络公益的失范现象掺杂其中,发生更加频繁,后果也在网络空间无限扩大,直接侵蚀网络公益对现实社会资源的吸收基础。公益理念深受价值观念影响,网络公益也受价值认同的规范。价值认同异化、政府参与缺失和网络过程虚拟是网络公益失范的主要原因,根据网络公益价值的内容构成,对网络公益主体的参与行为进行规范,是避免网络失范现象的有效路径。
The application of the network at the era of WEB2.0 plays a great role in the expansion of the main participants,participation field,behavior quantity and types of the network public welfare.With the anomie phenomenon of the network public welfare mingling in and frequently happening,the result of the anomie expands infinitely in the network space and erodes the basis of the real social resources absorption referring to the network public welfare directly.The public welfare influences the concept of value greatly.Moreover,the network public welfare has been regulated by the value recognition.The reason for the network public welfare anomie is merit identification alienation,government involvement deficiency and virtual network.According to the content of network public welfare value,the effective path to avoid network anomie phenomenon is to regulate the network public subject＇s participation behavior.
