摘要
研究了考虑成本的焊接结构设计与焊接工艺规划方法,开发了基于成本优化的焊接结构CAD/CAPP一体化模型及相应的软件WCES,并以液压挖掘机斗杆焊接件为例进行了原设计方案与优化设计方案的成本比较.
This paper studies the method of welding process plan and welding construction design based on costoptimization. Integrated CAD/CAPP model of welded construction based on cost optimzation and relevant software WCES are developed. The cost of orignal design with optimal design is compared on the backhoe stick of hydraulic excavator for an example.
