摘要
提供了一种在微型计算机上实现对插齿刀的设计计算、设计图纸的自动绘制及工艺规程自动编制的方法 ,开发了插齿刀 CAD/ CAPP软件包 ,从而实现了插齿刀 CAD/CAPP的一体化 。
In this paper,a method is provided in personal micro computer to complete the following functions in the manufacturing the radical changeable matrix slotting teeth cutter,calculating,drawing the design and compiling the process planning automatically.A software used is radical cangeable matrix slotting teeth cutter CAD/CAPP system is developed,thus integrated system of CAD/CAPP for radical changeable matrix slotting teeth cutter is set up and the design and manufacturing efficiency is greatly improved.
