泵站蜗形进水池进水流态数值分析 被引量:1

Numerical Analysis of Inlet Flow Pattern of Pumping Station's Volute Intake Sump

摘要 进水池设计要求是为水泵提供较好的进水流态,进水池内流态的好坏主要取决于进水池结构本身及其进水条件.应用计算流体动力学方法对无偏流及偏流进水工况下蜗形进水池内的三维流态进行了数值模拟,并与矩形进水池的流态进行对比分析,模拟结果表明蜗形进水池无论在无偏流工况还是在偏流工况下都有着较好的进水流态,对偏流影响不敏感,其水力性能优于矩形进水池. The purpose of designing intake sumps is to provide sumps with satisfying inlet conditions. Inlet flow pattern of inlet sumps is determined by sumps and inlet conditions. By using CFD method, nnumerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent flow in volute intake sumps was conducted under inlet conditions without bias angle and with bias angle. Comparisons between inlet flow patterns in volute intake sumps and those in rectangle intake sumps showed that volute intake sumps are insensitive to the impacts of bias flow, with the hydraulic performance being superior to that of rectangle intake sumps.
