摘要
采用原位聚合法制备了以脲醛树脂为壁材的微胶囊相变材料,利用FTIR分析了微胶囊的化学结构,采用SEM对脲醛树脂预聚体溶液的滴加速度对微胶囊表观形貌的影响进行了分析,并采用DSC对不同芯壁比对微胶囊的包封率进行了比较.实验结果表明,随着预聚体滴加速度的减慢,微胶囊表面凝聚现象减少,球面光滑度增加;微胶囊的包封率和相变潜热随芯壁比的增加而增加;当芯壁比达到2时,微胶囊的包封率和相变潜热开始下降.
Phase change material (PCM) microcapsules were prepared by in situ polymerization using urea-formaldehyde as shell and RT31 as core. The chemical structure of microcapsules was studied by FTIR. And the effects of urea-formaldehyde prepolymer dropping rate and the core content on the surface morphology and the thermal properties of the mierocapsules were investigated by SEM and DSC. The results showed that the floceulation phenomenon of the PCM microcapsules decreased with the dropping rate of the urea-formaldehyde prepolymer decreasing. The latent heat storage capacity and the encapsulation efficiency of PCM microcapsules both increased when the ratio of the core to the shell increased, however, the latent heat storage capacity and the encapsulation efficiency of PCM microcapsules began to decrease when the ratio reached 3.
