摘要
人力资源是高校后勤改革和发展的保障。文章从高校后勤社会化改革发展的需要出发,简要地阐述了后勤人力资源开发管理的重要性,并针对当前面临的主要问题进行了分析,同时提出了相应的管理对策。
Human resources are guarantee of college logistic reform and development. Based on the needs of the social reform and development of college logistics , this article describes the significance of human resources development and management, analyzes the main issues currently faced in the logistic development and management, and proposes corresponding management measures.
