摘要
在市场环境中,招生市场与就业市场的出现要求高校和企业一样应经营自身品牌,尤其是经过合并组建而成的高校,学校形象识别系统更应成为促进学校发展、提高竞争力的重要战略手段。导入CIS计划对整合高校具有重要的理论和现实意义,合并高校应当从理念识别系统、行为识别系统等五个方面建立和实施CIS计划。
With the increasingly fierce competition in the college market, CIS is become the significant strategies of college development. Nowadays University Identity has become an important strategy of merged universities to strengthen their identity and eompetitionahility. We express the true meaning of enterprise CIS helps expound the significance and necessity to introduce CIS into merged college in this paper. Measures about the establishment and operation of CIS in merged college are also suggested in the paper.
